I have been involved in the commercial food industry for over 30 years and now that I have found and used their services, Jim’s knowledge and capabilities exceed my expectations each and everytime. I would like to recommend Jim from JDR Group as a reliable, honest and competent refrigeration mechanic. After owning and operating boutique Child Care Services for over 25 years and have used fridge technicians upon fridge technicians over these years, unequivocally I can say that JDR Group is by far, one of the best Refrigeration Technicians that I have used. I refer to Jim as one of the, “New Generation Technicians”. In other words Jim is right up there with all the high tech equipment. Caring for children with allergies and special dietary requirements needs constant and vigilant cool storage. Our cool room and freezers need to be in working order 24/7. We care for the communities most vulnerable: children, and as such, food and food storage must be maintained in a cool environment that is constant, to avoid spoiling which can cause food poisoning in children.

Jim has been our constant and when things go wrong, JDR Group is there in a short time to get things in working order.

Jim is an expert in his field and since having him alongside, he has kept all my cool rooms and air conditioning in perfect working order.

JDR Group has installed a purpose built cool room and has serviced all our refrigeration with no problems.
